How we sell services

This website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, and you can't order or pay for anything through it.

Before any work starts, we send you a written quote and agreement. Together they set out what we will deliver, the full price including any taxes, how and when to pay, the timeline, how long the agreement runs, and how either of us can cancel it. Work starts only once you have accepted them, and you get a copy of everything you sign and every invoice we issue.

Nothing on this website limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, email hello@inferenceworks.co.za and tell us what happened. We will acknowledge it and work with you to put it right. If we can't agree, the dispute process in your agreement applies. If you are a consumer, you may also approach the National Consumer Commission or another body that the law allows.
